Ev Cochrane & Associates is an Ames based real estate company founded in the early 80's by Ev Cochrane Sr.  The group owns and magages more than 700 units and is now run by Ev Cochrane Jr.  Co-owner Russ McCullough, president of Quebec Construction, is Cochrane's chief economist.  With a large staff and a growing reputation, Ev Cochrane & Associates will continue to serve the Ames area.
